I am a Realtor® who has been immersed in the real estate industry since June 1986, working my way up from the ground floor to navigate nearly every role in the business. Over the decades, I have helped clients across California, Texas, and Nevada weather some of the most dramatic market shifts, from interest rates as high as 18% to as low as 1.9%. This history has taught me that while real estate moves in cycles, preparation, education, and strategy allow my clients to thrive in any season.

My "Big Why" is to lead by example, inspiring others through imagination, empathy, and honor. As the founder of the Barrios Collective Group (brokered by KW VIP), a vision first imagined in 1986 and reimagined in 2026, I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge, tools, and talents. I am deeply committed to fulfilling the needs of every team member, client, and consumer who crosses my path. Education is the cornerstone of my work; I continuously refine my skills to better serve those who rely on me, ensuring that every client achieves their real estate dreams.

My expertise spans VA, FHA, USDA, HUD-VASH, Section 8, conventional, and investor loans, as well as various down payment assistance programs.
When I built the team, one principle was non-negotiable: we would never compromise our integrity or our level of service. Beyond my professional life, I am a devoted wife, mom, animal lover, and lifelong Disney fan. I believe in bringing a little magic, warmth, and joy into every interaction, often turning clients into family from our very first meeting.
